ZJQ Submersible Slurry Pump | Zero Auxil...

Genuine Seal-Free Structure Avoids Dry-Run Failure The SP sump pump has no submerged bearings and no mechanical seal components in the liquid zone. Different from conventional sealed pumps that are easily burned out during dry running, this structural innovation allows the pump to start and operate normally even with insufficient suction water and fluctuating liquid levels. It eliminates the highest failure rate point of traditional slurry pumps and greatly improves operational stability.
Ultra-Low Liquid Level Pumping Cleans Dead Zones The vertical submerged cantilever design enables the pump to approach the tank bottom closely. It thoroughly cleans settled sludge, accumulated sediment and heavy slurry that cannot be extracted by ordinary suction-limited pumps. It realizes zero residual cleaning of sump pits and sediment tanks, improving the overall utilization rate of industrial tanks.
No Priming & No Auxiliary System Required The SP pump can be started directly after being submerged in liquid without pre-filling water, vacuum pumps or sealing water systems. It simplifies the entire slurry conveying system, reduces auxiliary equipment investment and avoids production delays caused by priming failure and pipeline air leakage.
Stable Continuous Operation with Low Vibration The optimized rigid shaft structure and upper heavy-duty bearing assembly effectively reduce shaft swing and vibration during high-speed operation. The pump maintains smooth running status under unstable slurry concentration and intermittent start-stop conditions, adapting to long-cycle industrial operation requirements.
Typical Application Scenarios
Mining pit sump drainage, coal washing sediment tank circulation, thermal power plant ash pool bottom cleaning, industrial wastewater tank sludge removal, chemical plant intermittent slurry transportation and low-liquid-level environmental desilting projects.
